A word from our Founder & Executive Director:
Welcome to The Leadership Clubhouse. Our team has designed this space with Pastors and Ministry Leaders in mind. The unique challenges of spiritual leadership in a local church or ministry are unlike any other set of challenges. After 25+ years of pastoral ministry I have personally faced many of these challenges and I am passionate about helping leaders face these challenges with grace and courage. It is my hope and prayer that our content will help you grow as a leader and find hope for the challenges that you face. In the future, we hope to offer individual coaching services as well as cohorts of leaders who are learning and growing together.

We also have a fun side at The Leadership Clubhouse. We believe that rest, recreation, and renewal are essntial for spiritual leaders to be effective in living out their calling.
As you may have guessed our favorite form of rest and recreation is on the golf course. This isn't the only way for a leader to unplug, but it is one that we greatly enjoy. So throughout the site you will see a little bit of golf thrown in here and there. We hope you enjoy the fun side of The Leadership Clubhouse.
